Seizing the opportunity

In the era of connectivity, mobile network operators face the challenge of enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement through great user experience. Recognizing this opportunity, a leading mobile virtual network operator partnered with us to develop a consumer smartphone integrated fully with the customer’s mobile app suite.

Solution Overview

Our collaboration commenced with the design and a bespoke handset that is visually aligned with our customer’s brand.

Subsequently, our team focused on integrating the operator’s mobile app suite with the device’s OS, as well as customizing the OS’s interface for a more meaningful brand engagement. User experience was increased by enabling quick access to key services through quick user actions, including service subscriptions and accessing technical support.

Integrating the OS with Lunar Control Center enabled our customer’s support teams to seamlessly access device logs needed for effectively troubleshooting application and network related issues.

Last but not least, our UX team developed the unboxing experience designed to evoke a sense of excitement in users when interacting with the product for the first time.
