Solution Overview
The solution included a custom tablet ,development and integration of mobile version of the customer’s web applications.
The tablet allows patients to access their patient information, request services and pay for services within the tablet.
The integration with Lunar Control Center enabled a kiosk lock mode limiting the usage of the tablet to the application enabled by our customer. The remote support capabilities of Lunar Control Center allowed our customer’s support teams to remotely troubleshoot device related issues without the need to physically inspect devices, providing privacy and easy of mind for patients.

With a dedication to enhancing patient experience, our customer gained recognition as a modern healthcare institution. The improved patient experience resulted in increased patient overall satisfaction of 10%, including 98% approval of the digital experience by patients.
